The second day of World of Coffee, second day of emotions straight from the beating heart of our stand: the Sanremo Hub. A space designed for gathering, sharing and training. We have a Café Racer and a You ready on the counter so anyone can experiment with new recipes and flavours.
Here today we saw a fantastic show: Ben Lewis, barista and part of the Sanremo UK team, created a unique drink with the exotic Matcha, he finished it off with his amazing latte art expertise.
With its bright green colour and unique taste, it’s very different to the latte art we are used seeing but certainly able to surprise and bring a first to our stand.
We can’t count all the coffees that were drunk today at our booth, just as we can’t count the quantity and quality of the emotions that were felt among us, the whole world of coffee together within our stand.
